Claude (MCP)

Klero exposes a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, letting Claude Desktop and other MCP-compatible AI clients read and write your feedback, roadmap, changelog, and surveys directly from a conversation.

Prerequisites

  • A Klero project
  • A Project API key — go to Settings → API Keys and create one

Connecting Claude Desktop

Add Klero to your Claude Desktop configuration file:

macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json
Windows: %APPDATA%\Claude\claude_desktop_config.json

json
{
  "mcpServers": {
    "klero": {
      "command": "npx",
      "args": [
        "mcp-remote",
        "https://YOUR-PROJECT.klero.ai/mcp",
        "--header",
        "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"
      ]
    }
  }
}

Replace YOUR-PROJECT with your project slug and YOUR_API_KEY with the key you created.

Restart Claude Desktop. You should see Klero appear in the tools panel.
